As with cars, music has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. While I don’t fully know how my taste in music developed in my early years, I do know that the styles of music I enjoy listening to and playing are quite eclectic. Chances are if you see me out walking with an MP3 player or cruising in the car, you’ll find I’m listening to everything from folk and jazz to melodic hard and progressive rock.

While I haven’t played music for as long as I’ve been listening to it, I have been playing drums for nearly 30 years. Like most other young percussionists I started out taking piano lessons for a few years and then started playing snare drum in elementary school. As time progressed I learned to play other percussion instruments and have since performed with musical ensembles around the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
